What is the minimum order?
Minimum orders start at 12 pieces per design. Any details that affect the order structure can be confirmed during the quote process.
How long does production take?
Screen printing and DTF projects typically take 7-10 days. Embroidery and retail finishing projects typically take 2-3 weeks. Include your deadline in the quote request.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Customers may bring their own garments. Garment compatibility, decoration fit, and final production direction are confirmed during quoting.
Do you source blank garments?
Authentic Retro does not currently source blank garments as a public service. Customers should plan to provide the garments or products they want decorated unless otherwise confirmed.
Can I request a rush job?
Rush timing may be reviewed by request. Include the deadline, product type, quantity, artwork, and service needed so the timing can be evaluated.

Can I schedule a showroom or production visit?

Do you offer private labels and finishing?
Yes. Authentic Retro offers private label neck prints, woven labels, folding, bagging, tagging, hang tags, and SKU/barcode prep depending on project requirements.
Do you offer stickers, headwear, and tote bags?
Yes. Stickers, headwear, tote bags, apparel, and specialty merch can be quoted with artwork, quantity, deadline, and project notes.
