Custom Production Work
Authentic Retro produces custom apparel and merch based on approved project details. Because custom orders are made for a specific customer, artwork, quantity, and production direction, they may not be returnable or refundable once approved and produced unless a confirmed defect or production error applies.
Approval Before Production
Customers should review quote details, artwork direction, quantities, garment or product details, service type, and timing before approving production. Production should not begin until the order details are confirmed.
Issues, Damage, Or Production Concerns
If there is an issue with a completed order, contact Authentic Retro promptly with the order details, photos, and a clear description of the concern. Authentic Retro will review whether the issue appears to be a production error, material issue, damage, or another project-specific matter.
Custom Order Returns
Custom apparel, decorated garments, finished goods, labeled items, tagged items, and other made-to-order work may not be eligible for return because they are produced for a specific project. Any exception should be reviewed by Authentic Retro based on the confirmed order details.
Customer-Provided Garments
Customers may bring their own garments. Garment compatibility and production fit are reviewed during quoting, but final customer-provided garment policy, risk allocation, and remake responsibility must be confirmed before publication.
Refunds Or Remakes
Refund, remake, or reprint decisions should be based on the approved order details and confirmed facts of the issue. This draft does not create a guaranteed refund, remake, or reprint promise.
